Before founding Moreira Builders three years ago, Steven spent two decades working in residential construction across York and Lancaster counties, with more than 120 homes renovated. He started the firm to do renovations the way he always wished his clients had been treated: with clear communication, clean job sites, and finish details that hold up.
Today, Moreira Builders is a small full-service team handling design, project management, and construction in-house. Every project Steven takes on, he is on-site for personally.
